Here you will learn two basic moves of the Zapateo de Carmen Chincha tradition. They are movements, similar to tap, that use feet as percussive instruments. The tutorial is led by Miguel Ballumbrosio, a member of the Afro-Peruvian music and dance group Tutuma, who presented at the 2015 Smithsonian Folklife Festival's "Perú: Pachamama" program.
