Bowl #804

Object Details

Luce Center Label
June Schwarcz uses electroplating and enameling to create colorful textured vessels. She applied the plique-à-jour technique to the surface of Bowl #804. This process does not involve metal backing and allows light to shine through to create a stained-glass effect.
