Description
The Postal Service issued a 39-cent Eid special stamp on October 6, 2006, in New York, New York, during the Mega Stamp Show. The stamp, designed and calligraphed by Mohamed Zakariya of Arlington, Virginia, was previously issued with a 34-cent denomination in 2001 and with a 37-cent denomination in 2002. Avery Dennison produced 35 million gravure stamps.
