- Top right margin block of four 3-cent stamps on bluish paper; the letter "X" marked in the top right corner of the margin; on back, each stamp in block marked on bottom right with a small blue ink stamp consisting of one longer word in an arc over a shorter word. The longer word is largely illegible. The smaller word reads "INCOR."
