- Description
- The 33-cent Kwanzaa commemorative stamp was issued in Los Angeles, California on October 29, 1999. The stamp was designed and illustrated by Synthia Saint James of Los Angeles, California.
- The stamp features the seven symbols that are used to celebrate the seven principles that form the foundation of Kwanzaa and is a reissue of the previous 32-cent Kwanzaa stamp.
- Avery Dennison printed 95 million stamps in the gravure process.
