This is the Owney postcard created for the mailing kiosks in the Museum atrium. It has been impressed by a Pitney Bowes metering machine and meter ad plate commemorating the first anniversary of the National Postal Museum, 30 July 1994. See meter ad plates 1994.2064.1 and .2
