15c Organized Labor single

Description
The 15-cent Organized Labor commemorative stamp was issued on September 1, 1980, in Washington, DC. The stamp honors the American labor movement, which is an integral part of the history of democracy and freedom in the United States.
Designed by Peter Cocci, the stamp features an American bald eagle. V. Jack Ruther provided the layout and lettering. The stamp in a sheet of fifty was printed on the photogravure press.
