- This yellow leaflet has 125 questions which would indicate the test taker’s “interests and attitudes.” The test, developed by psychology professor Robert G. Bernreuter, was not an intelligence test. According to Bernreuter’s obituary, it was “one of the first scientific measurements of personality” and it was “widely used by employers to screen job seekers.”
