- Bronze medal with “150TH ANNIVERSARY – PHILLIPS ACADEMY / 1778-1928” and portrait bust ¾ right of Samuel Phillips, Jr. (1752-1802), merchant, politician, and founder of Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts. An inscription on the reverse identifies the manufacturer, Whitehead & Hoag.
