Description
The label on the box reads “Set of Six Clev-Dent Separators with Wrench / Dr. Perry’s designs, modified by Dr. A. D. Black / THE CLEVELAND DENTAL MFG. CO. / Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.A.” S. G. Perry, a New York dentist, introduced his dental separators in 1884.
