The indications or uses for this product as provided by the manufacturer are: For coughs due to colds and common irritation of the throat. Not simply a "cough drop" but real medication. Will numb the throat and relieve the tickling, huskiness of voice and hoarseness due to colds and exposure. Will also afford relief for common throat irritations.
