The card’s reverse features a small cartoon image illustrating the factoid that “Jim married his Brigham Young sweetheart,” as well as a short biography and career statistics.
- Jim played in the ABA from 1968–1976 as a member of the Oakland Oaks, Washington Caps, Virginia Squires, Utah Stars, and New York Nets. He won championships in 1969 on Oakland and in 1976 with the Nets. In 1974, while with the Squires, Eakins was named to his only ABA All-Star team.
