“I Love You”

Description
This sheet music for the song “I Love You” was written by J. Vickery Langhorn and composed by R. E. Whittemore. The music was originally published by Witmark and Sons of New York, New York in 1900 and appeared as a supplement to the “New York Herald” on May 24, 1903. The cover has a central image of a man looking at woman while they walk together. The image is flanked on both sides by a design of a vase holding a flaming brazier that is burning a heart topped by a winged crown.
