Description
Rain cover in black fabric (possibly oilcloth).This is associated with the Knights Templar “chapeau” (1982.0442.05) which was used by William Gerard Dixon, a member of Tancred Commandery No. 50 in Belleville, Illinois. The Knights Templar is a fraternal organization related to Freemasonry (called an "appendant body").
