The men are identified as, Daniel O'Connell, Edmund Burke, Marshall Patrick Scarsfield, Henry Grattan, Oliver Goldsmith, Theobald Wolfetone, Robert Emmet, Gerald Griffin, John Philpot Curran, John Fox, Thomas Moore, and Major General Owen Roe O'Neil.
