Object Details

Description
Flat circular tray with chased gadrooning at rim on a domed and gadrooned pedestal foot. Top of tray struck with four hallmarks: raised roman letters "ID" with upright dagger or sword between in five-pointed shield, crowned and grinning leopard's head in round surround, lion passant in rounded rectangle, and raised gothic or Old English lowercase "r" in five-pointed shield. Tray underside is engraved "I \ P / M" in shaded roman letters.
