Description
Circular stand with a seamed, cable-rimmed, piercework gallery featuring a clipped-corner rectangular reserve engraved with the crest of a spreadwing standing eagle, head facing left, rising from a heraldic wreath. Circular wooden bottom chamfered along its top edge rests loose inside. No other marks.
