- Light blue cardboard box containing one 1 1/2 ounce metal tube of Lanteen Jelly. A paper insert is included with illustrated instructions for use of the Lanteen diaphragm and jelly (printed 1957). Text on paper insert includes: "COMBINED DIAPHRAGM AND JELLY METHOD: Only your physician is qualified to prescribe the correct diaphragm and jelly for your personal use. Your physician prescribes Lanteen diaphragms and Lanteen jelly because these products meet the most exacting standards of the medical profession. ... BE SURE TO VISIT YOUR PHYSICIAN AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR FOR A THOROUGH GYNECOLOGICAL EXAMINATION."
