Obverse Image: Orthodox text with rosette center, right and left are Manchu inscriptions for the Hupei Mint. Manchu script at the center.
Obverse Text: Romanization: KUANG / HSU / YUAN / PAO / HU / PEI / SHENG / TSAO / TANG / SHIH
Reverse Image: Dragon-emblem in the center rosettes to the right and left.
Reverse Text: HU- / PEH / PROVINCE / TEN / CASH
