- Description
- An inscription on this x-ray tube reads "Westinghouse, Made in the U.S.A. WL-388." The tube owed much to Clayton Tridle Ulrey (1884-1963), a physicist with a Ph.D. from Columbia University who worked as a research engineer at the Westinghouse Lamp Co. in East Orange, N.J.
