Description
Established in 1984, the Chaya Brasserie has been critically acclaimed as a premium Euro-Asian fusion upscale restaurant. Initially opening in Beverley Hills, Chaya restaurants have followed in Venice (1990), San Francisco (2000), and downtown L.A. (2009). (http://spoonwest.com/shigefumi-tachibe-2/)
Chaya Brasserie’s 1998-1999 menu lists the executive chef as Shigefumi Tachibe and the head chef as Masaru Morimoto.
Chaya Brasserie’s 2012-2013 menu lists the corporate executive chef as Shigefumi Tachibe, and the executive chef as Atsushi Kenjo. It also has a signature from Shigefumi Tachibe.
