- This rectangular pin has rounded corners and butterfly clutch clasp. Atop the gold background is gold text reading "Hayes LAN," as well as a black and gold Hayes logo. The reverse is gold-colored metal and reads "2/91" in black permanent ink. The clasp is of gold-colored metal.
