- This crate label was used by Loch Lomond brand oranges grown and packed by the Strathmore Packing House Company of Strathmore, California during the early 20th century. The lithographed label was produced by the Schmidt Lithograph Company of Fresno, California. The label has a purple and pink checkered border, a background in a blue and grey tartan pattern, and an inset oval with an image of Loch Lomond inside and a large orange on the lower right. Loch Lomond is the largest lake in Great Britain.
