The indications or uses for this product as provided by the manufacturer are:
For dipsomania, chills, fever, and all malarial diseases. A delightful appetizer, giving tone and strength to the stomach. It effectually cures a morbid appetite for stimulants, by restoring the natural tone of the stomach. It attacks excessive love of liquor as it does a fever, and destroys both alike.
