Description
This counter is like those found in a Hollerith tabulating machine. It has a square, wooden face, a plastic cover, and a metal mechanism. A mark on the front reads: THE HOLLERITH/ ELECTRIC TABULATING SYSTEM. PATENTED 1889.
The device was used in the psychology department at Cornell University.
