- Description
- This rusting metal can is painted yellow, red and black and contains white powder. According to directions on the can "When the Tracing Cloth is so glossy that it will not readily take ink, dust on a little of this Powder, rub the surface with it by means of tuft of cotton or soft cloth and thoroughly remove all traces of the Powder. It will then take ink freely."
