- Description
- The Westinghouse X-Ray Co. Inc. was formed in 1930 and affiliated with the Wappler Electric Co. of Long Island City and the American X-Ray Corp. of Chicago. This Westinghouse hot cathode x-ray tube, perhaps intended for dental use, dates from the early 1930s.
