Object Details
- Description
- The Leica III was essentially a Leica II with a slow speed dial added for speeds from 1 to 1/20 second. The Leica III also had an improved rangefinder with a magnification of 1.5 that made focusing easier. Early production Leica III’s like this one were all black finish. As the 1930s progressed chrome finished cameras became more popular than black paint or black enamel finishes.
