- This dissection consists of six wooden polygonal pieces with colorful plastic on the top. The pieces may be arranged as a regular pentagon (as they are in the celluloid pentagonal case) or as a square.
- This is Wheeler's model 6PB, in his list of decompositions of polygons (1979.3002.43), folder 2.
