Geometric Model by Robert Curtis, a Student of A. Harry Wheeler, One-Sided Polyhedron

Description
This cut, folded, and glued paper model is in the general shape of a rhombicuboctahedron, However, all eight of the triangular sides have been replaced by facets with three triangular sides. Moreover six of the square faces have been replaced by facets, each with with a square base and four rectangular sides. A paper tag on the model reads: 665. Another mark reads: R.L. Curtis (/) 10/10/38. Wheeler gave as the source of this model Bruckner VIII, 41.
