Description
Poster of the Statement of Purposes and Goals of the Olympic Project for Human Rights (OPHR). The poster is white paper with black ink. The top of the poster has the title: [Olympic Project For Human Rights / Statement of Purposes and Goals*]. Under the title, the poster lists the OPHR committee. The committee list is followed by the purpose statement and a list of the goals ranging from one to four. The aims to explain why the OPHR is proposing a boycott of the 1968 Olympics by African American athletes. The bottom right hand corner contains the signature of Harry Edwards, the Chairman of the OPHR committee and author of the document. The back of the poster is blank.
