Gavel sound block used by Delta Sigma Theta Sorority

Description
A gavel sound block featuring the logo of the Delta Sigma Theta sorority. The block has a thick red acrylic body with curving edges. On the top of the block is a gold toned relief in the form of the Delta Sigma Theta crest, which features a woman's head in profile above a shield featuring a torch, laurel leaves, and a crossed sword and cane. Below the crest is a banner reading [?E?TA SIGNA TETA]. The plastic of the underside of the sound block is covered with black felt and has two manufacturer stickers.
