- A black-and-white photograph of three unidentified children photographed at the Ball & Sons studio in Seattle, Washington. The photo is mounted on dark-colored pasteboard stamped with the Ball & Sons logo and store location on the bottom of the front side. At the center of the photo is an infant in a white gown resting against a fur. To the left is a young boy wearing a jacket and vest and to the right is a young girl with dark hair wearing a gingham dress. There is an inscription in pencil on the back.
