Description
Newsweek magazine featuring a collage of six human portraits. The foregrounded portraits, five in total, are color photographs of people seen from the shoulders up in a variety of poses wearing a variety of different clothing styles. Behind the five (5) foregrounded portraits is a larger person's head seen in profile. The profile extends from the right side toward the left edge of the cover. At the top of the cover in yellow is the publication title, underlined: [Newsweek]. Within the underline, in black, is the publication date and price [JUNE 30, 1969 50¢]. In the middle of the cover, right justified, is the publication subject in yellow and white text [Report from/BLACK/AMERICA/A Newsweek Poll].
