Civil Air Patrol (CAP) International Air Cadet Exchange; solid red background, white propeller in center flanked by two half-propellers coming from the top and bottom of ribbon per side.
Summary
The International Air Cadet Exchange Ribbon, or IACE Ribbon, is awarded to cadets and senior members who participate in the IACE program outside the limits of the continental United States. It was redesigned in 1956.
