- Traveling southwestward from Ajmer, Yoshida stopped at Udaipur in the present-day Indian state of Rajasthan. In this print, an archway along the lake frames the City Palace of the Maharaja of Udaipur in the distance. Yoshida paid particular attention to the reflections in the lake and the deep shadows cast by trees in the midday sun.
