Frame for Dewing's Portrait of the Artist's Daughter

Object Details

Description
A gilded cassetta frame, the sight edge with leaf and berry molding and cross straps at the center points and corner and outer beaded border, the frieze cast with a grill pattern, the mesh with inner feather and outer bud ornaments and overlaid with vines at the miters, enclosed by beading and with an ovolo back edge.
