Description
Circular form, white ground with blue transfer-printed decoration: rim printed with a circle of flowers, thistles and flowing ribbons, and the words "JUBILEE YEAR"; within rim "COMPLIMENTS OF A. STOWELL & C" printed above and below a wreath of laurel(?) leaves and a ribbon bearing the phrase "VICTORIA DEI GRATIA REG. et IMP. 1837. 1887"; in center is a portrait bust of QueenVictoria in profile.
