Description
Citibank notepad with black text on yellow paper in three registers. First register: thin black line with : To, Date, Time written underneath, space left under text for writing. Second register: Thick black line with: During/Your Absence underneath. Two lines to identify with M/ Of, Telephone. Three lines with messages to check off: Telephoned, Called To See You/ Will Call Again, Wishes to See You/ Please Call, Returned Your Call. Third register: Telephone Message written under thick black line with 5 lines under. At bottom left: Taken by/ Item 172007 (SF 2027 Rev. 5-76), bottom left: Citibank logo with no text, circle filled in black and + left as negative space.
