- On a solid black background a profile portrait of George Rogers Clark in revolutionary clothing looks right. The face is rendered in warm brown/ grayt tones with the features indistinct. The jacket, rufled collar and vest are flatly stylized in white, brown and blue. Above left shoulder, five white stars on a dark blue field form a semi-circle. Above right shoulder, flat red and white bands. Imprinted above image upper center a facsimile of clark's signature.
