- Description
- Between striped edgings, the wide central band contains flowers enframed by cartouches which are separated by garlands of flowers. Each cartouche has eight points alternating between palmettes and rosettes/acanthus leaves. The background is flocked; printed in yellow, gold, green, blue, red, pink and a purple flocked background.
