- Brisé fan. Ivory sticks painted to resemble vernis martin. Obverse: central scene of balloon ascent with cartouches enclosing four smaller scenes of balloon in flight and two portraits. Reverse: balloon over landscape. Rivet is set with a clear faceted stone. Tortoise shell on guards.
