Description
Fragment of a ribbon commemorating the Louisiana Purchase Exposition held in St. Louis in 1904. Ribbon has vertical stripes of blue, red, white and off-white. Circles outlined in blue appear at regular intervals and read: "Louisiana Purchase Exposition St. Louis 1904."
