Description
Printed fragment showing the marriage of Napoleon III to Eugenie. Vignettes are separated by the Column of Vendome with massed standards and a large "N" on a shield and by balustrades with foliage. Design in purple on a buff-colored ground with some areas of the design reserved in white.
