- Description
- The lower and the upper half are detailed at left and at right. The entire design is in the middle. The base is supported by crouching lions. The lower part of the shaft has the shape of a cup carried by a circle of sitting women. The upper part is a baluster again supported by sitting figures. Its lower part is surrounded by a calyx, the upper by standing women holding each other's hands. Three of them are shown.
