Description
Below are two high pedestals, the water pouring from the centers of the sides of the upper into basins in front of those of the under; upon the upper rises a column with a sphere on top; beside it sit obliquely two women, the left one with a circle, the right one with a hammer (?); they are connected by a festoon; the circular basin seems to be surrounded by a bar supported by voluminous posts; in front is a road with two groups, one consisting of a rider and a man, the other of two men with a dog; in the lower left corner are ruined parts of a classical building.
