- Calendar illustrations. The February illustration shows a group of various birds at a formal dance. The April illustration shows geese with pocket watches. The March illustration shows rats breaking the shells of baby birds as they cry for help. The May illustrations show birds who appear to be travelling with their hats and luggage.
