- Description
- Rectangular ceiling design. The ceiling is split along the vertical axis to offer two designs. The ceiling frame on the left has bands of leaves and lamb tongue, and a carved central panel with torches, quivers, baskets, and wreaths of flowers. The right side has a larger band of carved scrolling acanthus leaves, thinner bands of lamb tongue and oak leaf, scallop shells in the corners, and a shallow vase filled with flowers in the center of the right edge. The plate is signed and numbered.
