Chimneypiece design with side panels and over mantle mirror. The side panels are symmetrical and feature ornamentation at the top with the head of an animal, arrows, and garlands of flowers. The bow-shaped mantle is ornamented with scrolls and a scallop detail at the center. Ornamentation around this composition include dolphins and shells, and above the frame of the chimneypiece is a group of carved sea-themed motifs, including eels, shells, lobsters, and dolphins. The bottom part of the image includes a horizontal cross section of, from left to right, the "Pilastre," the "Plan du Foyer, et du / Jambrage du Chambranle," the "Plan du dessus de la Tablette," and the "Pilastre." The plate is numbered, but not signed. The page has been cut down.
