Landscape study showing two views of Cayambe and an erupting Cotopaxi from Quito, Ecuador. At center, one panoramic view includes Cayambe at far left, viewed beyond the neighborhood of Guapulo and the interceding rugged terrain. Separately rendered at upper left, the volcano Cotopaxi is shown erupting as it sends its smoke across the sky along the upper portion of the composition.
